The insert is one of the most important parts of a custom packaging project. It decides how the product sits, how it is protected and how the customer sees it when the box opens.
Ring boxes need accurate slot tension. Watch boxes need pillow support and enough depth. Cosmetic boxes may need cut foam, cardboard trays or molded inserts. Coin boxes and collectible packaging need stable placement so the product does not move during shipping.
Insert engineering should be confirmed together with product size and packaging structure. A small size change can affect tray depth, edge spacing, lid clearance and the final opening experience.
For TOP PACK projects, confirming insert samples before mass production helps reduce risk and keeps the final box consistent across jewellery, watch, cosmetic, gift and display packaging orders.
